Sales & Account Manager

Phruit Ltd is a young, fast paced company with ambitious growth plans, seeking enthusiastic Sales people to join their expanding team.

This role requires a dynamic, flexible person, who enjoys working in a competitive team environment; preferably from a Data, Media, Marketing or Call Centre Services Sales background.

Working directly with major household Blue Chip names and leading marketing agencies, this position would ideally suit someone with first class sales and presentation skills, negotiating business with high level key decision makers.

Selling lead generation survey questions, consumer data, sales and telemarketing campaigns to B2C companies in addition to B2C & B2B research operated through our own centres here in the UK and abroad, this role is challenging but very rewarding.

Full and ongoing training will be given to develop and enhance your existing skills and career development.

Skills & Attributes – Sales & Account Manager

  • Account development & management experience
  • Sales experience gained from Data, Media, Marketing or Call Centre Services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Should be familiar the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility with the skills to adapt to an ever changing market place
  • Ambitious and possess a good sense of humour
  • Highly driven to work to and exceed sales targets
  • Full driving license and own car would be an advantage

Telemarketing Executive
Newark, Nottinghamshire, UK

Start Date: ASAP.

Job Purpose: To conduct a range of telephone based campaigns, working within a varied and fast moving environment, conducting calls with consumers and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on a range of telephone campaigns based internally at our Newark call centre.
  • Have the ability to clearly communicate information about a wide range of products.
  • Providing a friendly, but pragmatic service.
  • Achieving targets in relation to call rates and also successful outcomes.
  • Attending regular ‘team meetings/training’ to ensure a high quality is maintained.
  • Handle sensitive data in line with Phruit company policy.
  • Perform any tasks extra to those above as requested by your line manager or the company, according to the needs of the business.
  • Follow all guidelines of conduct as set out in the call centre.

Other: Applicants must have an excellent telephone manner. Experience is preferred but not a necessity.

Renumeration: Flexible depending on experience.
